Wedding Day Coordination
starting at $2,200
This package includes an initial consultation, a final planning meeting and constant support through email, text or phone before your wedding. We will assist with vendor recommendations, ceremony outline and your day of timeline to make your planning process easier. On the day of your event we are the first vendor to arrive and will be your go-to contact for all of your vendors on your wedding day. All questions will be directed to us so that you and your family and friends can enjoy the day, worry-free. After toasts and dances are over we will assist with making sure your cards and gifts get to a safe place and at the end of the night, we will pack up all of your personal decor and oversee teardown.
Partial Planning
starting at $4,000
You have a vision for your wedding and need help pulling it off. If you’ve chosen your venue and hired some of your vendors but need help inquiring and hiring your remaining vendors, this package is for you. This package includes two planning meetings in addition to your initial consultation and final planning meeting. As part of your final planning meeting we will join you at your final venue walkthrough to go over the details before the big day.
Full Service Planning
starting at $7,000
You’re engaged and you’re at the beginning of your planning process! During your initial consultation we will talk through your vision and from there we will create a vision board and put together a list of available vendors. Once you’ve chosen each of your vendors we will work with you to book each one. Once your contracts are signed we will work with each vendor through all of the details so that the only vendor you will need to communicate with, is us!
Included in this package are monthly to-do emails and check-ins. We will design and coordinate custom installations, decor, and furniture rentals. This package includes three planning meetings in addition to your initial consultation and final planning meeting. As part of your final planning meeting we will join you at your final venue walkthrough to go over the details before the big day. There will be a lead planner and assistant(s) on-site for the full event, to make sure the day runs smoothly.
